What You Can & Cannot Dispose of with QuickBins

While QuickBins makes it easy to get rid of almost anything, there are a few materials we cannot legally or safely haul away in our dumpsters. These restrictions are in place to protect you, our team, and the environment.

If you’re unsure about any items, just give us a call—we’ll advise you on how to handle them properly.

  • Flammable Liquids
  • Freon
  • Medical Waste
  • Wet Paint
  • Chemicals and Hazardous Waste
  • Propane Tanks
  • Oil, Transmission Fluid, or Antifreeze
  • Any appliane with freon (Fridge, A/C unit)
  • Animals
  • Any Large Sealed Barrels

Dumpster Guidelines

  • Load Level Only

    Keep all items level with the top of the dumpster. Debris stacked too high becomes a hazard during transportation and may result in additional charges. If you think you'll exceed the space, call us—we’ll help you find a solution.

  • Weight Limitations

    Our dumpsters weight limit is 5 tons of debris. Important Weight Notes: Only fill halfway if disposing of concrete, shingles, brick, or tile Only fill halfway if loading sod, sand, or dirt — these materials retain water and can get heavy fast

  • Best Dumpster Placement

    To avoid damage and ensure a smooth pickup, we recommend placing your dumpster as close to your project site as possible. Consider Sprinkler heads, Landscape lighting, Weather conditions, Existing landscaping. Pro Tip: Avoid placing the dumpster in the street if possible—your neighbors will appreciate it!
