QuickBins Dumpster Rentals: Terms & Conditions

(1) delivery, (1) pick up, and (1) disposal of junk.
Customer understands that any access or location provided to QuickBins Dumpster Rentals equipment must be able to support the weight of all equipment required to perform the service.
QuickBins Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for any damage that may occur to surfaces designated for service.
QuickBins Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for the cleanup or repair of any marks or damage caused by the dumpster.
If QuickBins Dumpster Rentals recommends a dumpster size and it does not meet the customer’s needs, the customer is responsible for any additional trip charges required to deliver a different size.

Roll-off dumpsters only. If disposing of dirt, rock, concrete, bricks, sod, or asphalt, please review the weight limitations below or contact our office for clarification.
Yard debris such as leaves and branches must be kept separate from other materials — it is disposed of at a different facility.
Tires are accepted for an additional fee. Customers must notify us before booking the dumpster if tires will be included.
Hazardous materials are not accepted. This includes toxic, corrosive, combustible, or ignitable items.
Do not fill above the marked maximum load line. Additional fees will apply for overfilled dumpsters (higher than the top edge of the dumpster).
Do not exceed the maximum weight limit. An overage fee of $75 per ton will be charged to the card on file for each ton over the limit.

Customer is responsible for any damage to the container while it is in their possession.
Customer is responsible for any debris placed in the dumpster by others or for any restricted materials found inside the dumpster.
Customer agrees to follow all safety guidelines and warnings labeled on the dumpster.

- $75 per foot for overfilled bins (beyond wall height). Overload status is at the sole discretion of QuickBins.

- $75 charge for relocating a dumpster, unsuccessful trips, or if a load cannot be hauled.

- $50 trip charge if delivery is in progress and the order is canceled, rerouted, or rescheduled.
- Final dumpster placement is at the driver’s discretion. If the dumpster must be moved after placement, a trip charge will be applied.

Any additional fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. A receipt will be sent to the account email as confirmation.
